These terms describe how sygze.com may be used. Paid work is covered by a separate agreement, not by this page. Last updated November 3, 2026.

Using the site

You may read the pages and contact us about our services. Don't misuse the site, try to break it, or send unlawful content through the form.

No engagement until we agree

Sending a message, a WhatsApp chat, or a package enquiry does not start work. Scope, fees and timing are confirmed in writing before anything begins. Ad spend is paid to Meta or Google, not to Sygze, unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Billing and cancelling

Monthly packages are billed monthly and renew each month, with no minimum term. You can cancel any time by giving two weeks' notice by email to contact@sygze.com or on WhatsApp. Custom plans may have different terms, which we confirm in writing before work starts.
