This page explains, in plain language, how Sygze Media LLC handles information on sygze.com. Last updated October 30, 2026.

What we collect

If you message us on WhatsApp, email contact@sygze.com, or use the contact form, we receive the details you send: your name, email, website, the service you ask about, timeline, budget and message. The site uses Google Analytics to see which pages are visited, and the Meta Pixel to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. Both set cookies; if you choose Decline in the cookie notice, the Meta Pixel does not load and Google Analytics does not store cookies.

Regional prices

To show prices in your local currency (for example UAE dirhams), our server checks which country your IP address belongs to, using the DB-IP Lite database stored on our own server. The IP address is checked in memory only and is not saved or shared.

Marketing scorecard

If you use the free marketing scorecard, your answers and the optional business details (industry, region, team size) are saved without your name or contact details. We use them only in aggregate, for example in a yearly report on small-business marketing. If you ask for the full report by email, we keep your email and name with your score to send the report and may follow up once.

How we use it

We use that information to reply to you and to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept long enough to reply and to keep a record of the enquiry. Analytics and advertising data follow the retention settings of Google Analytics and Meta.
