How we write our guides

The guides on the Sygze Media blog are written to help small-business owners make marketing decisions with real numbers: what things cost, how platforms work and what to do first. These are the rules every guide follows. Last updated November 3, 2026.

Who writes them

Every guide is published by Sygze Media, a digital marketing company registered in Wyoming, United States. We write about the work we do every day for clients: social media, Meta and Google ads, SEO and AI search, content, CRM and websites. You can read more about Sygze Media.

How we research

  • We start from primary sources: platform help pages and pricing pages (Google, Meta, Shopify and others), government statistics and published surveys.
  • Every statistic is checked against its original source before it goes in a guide, and every guide ends with a list of the sources it used, linked so you can check them yourself.
  • Prices are written as they stood at the time of writing, because platforms change them often.
  • We don't invent examples, quotes, client stories or results. When we use one of our own projects, it is a real client and a real number.

How we keep guides accurate

  • Each guide shows the date it was last updated. We change that date only when something in the guide actually changes.
  • When a platform changes its prices or rules, we update the guide and its sources.
  • If you spot an error, email contact@sygze.com and we will check it and correct the guide.

Independence

Nobody pays to be mentioned in our guides, and we don't use affiliate links. When a guide mentions a Sygze service or package, it says so plainly, usually in a section called "Where Sygze fits", so you can tell advice from our own offer.

Why we publish them

Most small businesses can't get straight answers about marketing costs and results. We publish what we know so you can plan, compare quotes and spot bad advice, whether or not you ever work with us.
